Dr Sloths name has been finalised after a number of false starts, he is a man with so many traits that could be abused and have the piss taken out of. Starting with the slightly flattering (self chosen) Dr Spank, he picked up the tag Dr Crow for his tendency to roost on top of the net whilst blocking. But the name never really stuck, not even making it to a T-shirt. As Dr S. played more volleyball with the Drs. the team began to recognise his defining characteristic. He never moves. When he dives, it is a motion more akin to something climbing down from the trees - so Dr Sloth it was.

For all our piss-taking, Dr S. is the only National League Div 2 player on the team. He played for Thames Valley Jets in division two in 97/98. We understand that the bench had never been warmer.

Now back into the fold, he also plays National Div 4 South with some club ... Sandford is it?

With a talent to destroy an ego of any size, he is constantly disappointed by our performance. And he wants to be coach ... perfect.
