The dancer of the team, moves across the dance floor like a crack crazed cat on a red hot griddle. The most experienced (old) player on the team, Dr Mince is the most cunning middle hitter in the Glos. league. No one, least of all Dr M. knows where the damn ball is going. But its not his manic dancing routines that give the man his name, its the way he walks - or minces down the road. No other name for him - Dr Mince.

Our chief hedonist, Dr M. is always first to the bar, the dance floor, organises holidays & parties - the mans unstoppable ! Dr M. is directly responsible for the poor health of the team by his insistence on organising an annual 'holiday' to the Canaries. Under the thin guise of a "... beach volleyball training week ..." the week (usually in Feb) involves drinking from the early evening until five or six in the morning every day. Dr M. has played in a number of leagues including the Scottish nationals. He currently plays in the South West Premier as well as the Gloucestershire league with the Drs. A keen outdoor player, it is very rare to find the Drs having a hit without Dr M. leading the way.
